Detailed description
COMING FROM:

"das Schloss" Center

  • Get down to Level -1 of "das Schloss" Center
  • Follow the signs in the direction of the U-Bahn
  • Pay attention to the sign to "BVG Kundenzentrum" and follow it
  • You will find us in front of the staircase  to the U-Bahn level
  • We are located 2 stores to the left of "BVG Kundenzentrum"

U-Bahn

  • Leave the U-Bahn platform towards "das Schloss" / Hermann-Ehlers Platz
  • Use the escalator to get up to the level -1 of the U-Bahn station
  • Look to the right to the ticket vending machines
  • We are right in front of you

S-Bahn

  • Leave the S-Bahn platform in the direction of the U-Bahn
  • Get down to Level -1 of the U-Bahn station
  • Follow the signs to "BVG Kundenzentrum"
  • Walk past "BVG Kundenzentrum" towards "das Schloss" center
  • You will find us on the right, just 2 stores to the left of "BVG Kundenzentrum"

Hermann-Ehlers-Platz

  • Get down to the U-Bahn station
  • Look for the ticket vending machines on level -1 of the station
  • We are on the left of the ticket vending machines

Back Factory (bus stop)

  • Get down to the U-Bahn station
  • On level -1: Follow the signs to "BVG Kundenzentrum"
  • Walk down the passage to the ticket vending machines
  • You will find us directly next to the ticket vending machines
